One record per employee per date. Saving again for the same employee/date updates the previous record.
Salary is calculated as daily wage × payable attendance days. The selected month’s actual calendar length (28/29/30/31 days) is shown automatically. Present = 1 day, Half Day = 0.5 day. Leave/Absent are unpaid by default.
Recovery cannot exceed the employee's current outstanding advance balance.
Download JSON backup regularly. You can import it on another device or browser to restore employees and attendance entries.
Import replaces the current records after confirmation. Keep a copy of your current data first. This file stores data locally in this browser/reader; it does not automatically sync to other devices.
